Manoj Ramprakash

Founding Partner

Manoj leads Silverstone as its principal, overseeing all aspects of the firm, including acquisitions, development, investor relations, and operations. Before launching Silverstone in 2022, he spent nearly a decade with Oxford Properties, where he was a senior member of the investments team based in their New York office.

During his time at Oxford, Manoj was instrumental in producing successful outcomes for several of Oxford's investment strategies. His contributions ranged from the origination, asset management and full payback of over $1.2 billion in subordinate debt to overseeing Oxford's investment in the St. John's Terminal development, which resulted in a successful exit to Google. Manoj has been involved in the deployment and execution of over $5 billion of joint venture equity. Prior to Oxford, Manoj started his career with J.P. Morgan in New York.

Manoj's interest in entrepreneurship began early, as he started several ventures as a teenager. He has returned to those entrepreneurial roots with Silverstone, eager to combine his hands-on operating spirit with the valuable insights he gained from his years at large, best-in-class institutions. Manoj holds an HBA with distinction from the Ivey Business School at Western University. He is involved with the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and currently serves on its Rising Leaders Committee.

John O'Neill

Head, Multifamily Operations

John leads multifamily operations strategy and property management for Silverstone. With decades of experience, he has a proven track record of managing assets across several target markets, focusing on team building, performance accountability and resident experience to deliver best-in-class operating performance for Silverstone's investments.

Nichole Nicholson

Vice President, Multifamily Operations

Nichole oversees multifamily operations and property management for Silverstone's investments. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in overseeing portfolio performance, capital projects and managing team and workplace culture. Her leadership plays an integral role in fostering a high-performance team culture and ensuring operational excellence across Silverstone's multifamily portfolio.

Arki is an advisor focused on growing and scaling Silverstone into a leading investment firm. With over three decades of experience in finance and asset management, he has been instrumental in the successful launch of several high-profile hedge funds and is widely recognized for connecting talented people and teams. Silverstone benefits greatly from his extensive network and contacts across the global capital markets as well as his invaluable strategic advice.

Flynn Busson

Advisor

Flynn is an advisor focused on exploring new investment strategies and advancing business development for Silverstone. He has collaborated extensively with Silverstone across several investment initiatives. Outside of Silverstone, Flynn also leads 1888 Studios, one of the largest and most ambitious film studio campus projects under development in the U.S.

Jeff Goldshine

Operating Partner

Jeff is an operating partner focused on providing strategic guidance for Silverstone's multifamily asset management framework. With over three decades of experience, he has overseen more than 70,000 units across the U.S. and successfully built two large-scale property management platforms. Jeff works closely with Silverstone to craft and implement detailed business plans for both assets and portfolios.

Jim is an operating partner focused on providing strategic advice for Silverstone’s new and existing development investments. With close to four decades of expertise in construction and development, he has overseen over $20 billion in landmark projects across North America at leading firms like Oxford Properties, Related and Turner Construction.
